Financing

It is important to be pre-approved for a mortgage before making an offer. Sellers prefer to see a pre-approval letter when making a decision as to whether or not to consider an offer on their property. Tom Saab Real Estate works closely with various banks and mortgage companies. Our first priority when working with individuals looking to buy property is to assist them in the pre-approval process. We will set up meetings and communicate regularly with loan originators. Tom Saab Real Estate will not recommend any company or loan originator that has made promises to buyers and failed to perform. Nor will we recommend any mortgage company that we feel does not hold to the standards and policies of Tom Saab Real Estate.


Property of Your Choice

Once you determine your price range, type and style of property, and the area you desire to live in, our sales associates will focus on those details as they begin a thorough search for you. They will not attempt to lead you into a different price, style or area just to make a sale. In other words, if you are looking to buy a colonial in the Salem, NH area, we will not attempt to convince you to look at a ranch in the Derry NH area. If your price range is $400,000 - $450,000, we will not attempt to sell you a property for $500,000 because you are pre-approved for that amount.

Our sales associates will provide you with first-class service and communication throughout your property search, and throughout the entire buying process. You will never feel abandoned or left to decide things for yourself. We will always be there to answer your questions, and provide you with any guidance necessary. There have been way too many instances where sale agents put a property “under agreement”, have the Purchase and Sale Agreement signed, then step out of the process to leave everything else up to the loan officer, appraiser, home inspector, attorney, etc. while they concentrate on making other sales. This is not the case with the staff at Tom Saab Real Estate. We will be along side you throughout every aspect of your financing approval, property inspection, legal process, closing, as well as being available after you take possession of the property just in case you have any questions or concerns that may arise after you own the property.
